Payment Plan Agreement

This Payment Plan Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the owner of www.selfrealizationportal.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and any individual who has subscribed to the payment plans (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

1. Payment Plan Details:

  • 2 Payments Plan:
    • Total Cost: $540
    • Monthly Payment Amount: $270
    • Duration: 2 months
  • 3 Payments Plan:
    • Total Cost: $582
    • Monthly Payment Amount: $194
    • Duration: 3 months
  • 5 Payments Plan:
    • Total Cost: $625
    • Monthly Payment Amount: $125
    • Duration: 5 months

2. Late Payment Consequences:

  • The Participant agrees to make timely monthly payments as specified in this Agreement.
  • Late Payments: A late fee of $40 will be charged for payments not received within 5 days after the due date.

3. Consequences for Non-Payment:

In the event of non-payment or default on the payment plan, the Provider reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Deactivation of the Participant’s membership portal user account.
  • Removal of the Participant from the permanent community group.
  • Legal action to recover the outstanding amount, as specified in section 4 of this Agreement.
  • The Participant shall be responsible for any legal fees and costs incurred by the Provider in pursuing legal action.
  • Additional fee: The Participant shall be liable for a fee of $5,000 for the inconvenience and costs incurred by the Provider in taking legal action.

4. Legal Action Clause:

In the event of non-payment or default on the payment plan, the Provider reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount. The Participant shall be responsible for any legal fees and costs incurred by the Provider in pursuing such legal action, including but not limited to a non-negotiable additional fee of $5,000 for the inconvenience and costs incurred by the Provider.

5. Cancellation of Subscription:

If the Participant cancels the subscription for the payment plan before completing the agreed-upon payments, the Provider reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

6. Communication:

The Participant agrees to promptly communicate with the Provider regarding any issues or concerns related to the payment plan.

7. Refund Policy for Payment Plans:

We want to highlight that refunds for payment plans are an exceptionally rare occurrence due to the inherent risks involved. Please carefully consider the following details:

  • Exceptionally Rare Refunds:
    • Refunds for payments made under our payment plans are granted only in exceptionally rare and unforeseen circumstances. This rarity is attributed to the nature of the services provided and the associated risks.
  • Sole Discretion:
    • Any consideration for a refund will be at the sole discretion of the owner and the support team. Such considerations are made on an extremely limited and case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation of Subscription:
    • If you choose to cancel your subscription to the payment plan before completing the agreed-upon payments, the cancellation is final, and refunds will no longer be considered nor issued.
  • Review Payment Terms:
    • It is crucial to thoroughly review our complete Payment Plan Terms and Conditions for a comprehensive understanding of the terms associated with your payment plan.
  • Acknowledgment:
    • By proceeding with a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are exceptionally rare and granted only under truly exceptional circumstances, subject to the sole discretion of the owner and the support team.

8. Consent:

The Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement, including the consequences of non-payment and cancellation of the subscription.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico (or Idaho), United States of America.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Payment Plan Agreement as of the Effective Date.
